The Confusing Arithmetic of Kabristan Budget in UP

As soon as Akhilesh led SP govt came in power in the year 2012, it started allocating amounts for Acquisition, Beautification and Fencing of Kabristan across Uttar Pradesh. Allocation in the very first year was a whopping ₹ 200 crores. Next year the allocation saw an increase of 50% taking the total allocation to i.e. ₹ 300 crore.

It was when the BJP duo of Shah and Modi came into picture and they started exposing this gross injustice and bias against Hindus that ₹200 crores for developing Shmashan Bhumi were kept in the budget of 2014-15 for first time, while Kabristan again got allotment of ₹ 200 crore. Budget of year 2015-16 again allocated Rs 200 crores each for Shmashan Bhumi & Kabristan. In 2016-17 budget, while Kabristan budget was set at ₹ 400 crores with a raise of 100%, allotment for Shmashan Bhumi saw a miniscule 13.5% increase, taking it to ₹ 227 crores. So the total allotment for Kabristan in 5 years stands at ₹1300 crores and while allotment for Shmashan is ₹627 crores.

Uttar Pradesh has 16.11 crore Hindu population while total muslim population of the state is 3.8 3 crores. So if we calculate average, it comes to be allocation of ₹339 crores for per 1 crore muslims and mere ₹39 crores for 1 crore Hindus!!

I sincerely hope that those who were hurling all abuses on PM for ‘communalising’ the election, will simplify this mathematics for me as in what statistical parameters were used to reach at these figures for allocation of funds!!

Rajnath Singh deserves all praise for this action

Habitual ranters who spare no chance to abuse #ModiSarkar are not-so-surprisingly silent on Compassion being forced to shut down in India. People who call them rightwing, abuse Central govt everyday, even on irrelevant topics but are ignoring this absolutely commendable action by govt. People who say everyday that BJP has failed miserably on Hindutva issues choose to ignore how Govt has compelled a global body like Compassion International to shut down, which was operating in India since 1958.

Central government put Compassion International, one of the largest Christian NGO on Pre-watchlist last year i.e it was told to take approval on case to case basis from Home Ministry before taking every donation from foreign country. Compassion is one of world’s largest agencies which fund Christian missionaries and NGOs covertly involved in Religious Conversions. It’s Indian arm was operating here unbated since 1958 without even registering under Indian laws. It has been repeatedly accused of aiding Christian missionaries to convert orphan children into christianity under the cover of NGOs. Reports suggest around 75000-1.5 lac children are converted to christianity every year by NGOs aided by Compassion International.

Since Compassion was put on Pre-watchlist last year, it has been doing extensive lobbying to pursue Modi Sarkar via diplomats, world leaders to remove it’s name from that list. Even John Kerry, when he came last year as US Secretary of State, had appealed Central government to remove Compassion from Pre-watchlist.

I am really glad to note that our govt didn’t budge even under Kerry’s pressure & continued advising Compassion International to register under FCRA and other Indian laws.

This raises a very pertinent question – If  Compassion International is upright and does no illegal or unethical activity, why was it shying away from registration under Indian laws? It would have easily continued operations if it had adhered to govt regulations. Why shy from registration if u are right!?

As Government didn’t budge under ANY PRESSURE, Compassion International has finally decided to shut down it’s operations in India. India Head of Compassion International, in a letter to its staff, has announced 15th Mar 2017 as date of shutting down operations in India.

I would like to congratulate our Home Ministry & specially Shri Rajnath Singh ji for ensuring that every NGO, who were given a free run in past 70 years, is mandated to follow rules of Govt. The No-Nonsense functioning of Rajnath Singh ji must be complimented for this great action. He has been silently working to ensure our country is safer than ever before. Several decisions taken by him like stopping cattle smuggling, putting Hi-tech fence along Pak border etc should be praised wholeheartedly by all of us.

Thank you Sir!
